multiple site internet with bgp on asa as active/standby

Hi all respected members,

yesterday my sales personals were asking me that if we can deliver the internet on multiple sites using the ASA 5516-X in a active/standby model using bgp or L3VPN.

I have attached the picture what they really want.

I am not sure if we can do that. i need your suggestions or any one doing that. 

I think if one site goes down than the session on the one firewall will be tear down and there will be traffic loos until the new firewall takes over.

please help me to draw the solution.

First of all I think we need a more in depth network diagram with what you actually need.
Next: I never saw L2TPv3 between multiple sites, usually is deployed like site-to-site VPNs between only 2 sites.

As for BGP support, yes it's there and it's working but we need to know more about your needs.
