Hello all,
I'm having a problem with NAC 4.6.1 and agent 4.6.2.113. If a client already has an older CAA installed they get prompted to upgrade and it works fine. However, if no agent is installed and you try to install it from the http page, it acts like it is installing then installs the web agent. I can manually install the 4.6.2.113 agent on the client. Yes, the user is an administrator. I uploaded the 4.5.2 agent and the clean install works fine.
Any ideas?????

Have you checked your settings for the role?
go to Device Management > Clean Access > General Setup > Agent Login
Select the role the user belongs to and unclick webagent and click agent and try that.

That was one of the first things I checked. This really stinks because we are having to install the agent manually.
I found other blogs where people are having the same issue and none have corrected it yet.
I can call TAC but from past experience, well not impressed with NAC support.
