Running Windows 7 64-bit on corporate laptop w/ docking station with Cisco NAC 4.7.2. NAC works fine identifying and authenticating to production network.at first boot. If system is undocked, the wireless network is detected and NAC refreshes the IP. However, once the system goes back in the docking station or is connected to a wired network (tried multiple locations), the wired network is detected by the laptop, but NAC never refreshes the IP. It appears that NAC cannot find the authentication VLAN once the system is switched from wireless to wired. No problems when switching back to wireless.I have made sure the system has the most recent drivers for both NICs. Please note, NAC will work about once out every 10 times when moving from wireless to wired. Any suggestions for further troubleshooting this issue would be appreciated.

Jeff,
Can you post a Cisco Log Packager file from an affected machine?
