NAC CAM not getting any updates.

I have a recently installed CAM that doesn't have any rules or av lists so the drop down for av says update av list. when i go to the update tab I get a message saying it found no updates. The request is not timing out the message comes up instantly after clicking update. Are there any known issues with updating? This is kind of a big issue because I can't create any rules or requirements until this happens and I can't test the system without those rules.

From the cam console/SSH session, can you ping www.perfigo.com or do a wget http://www.perfigo.com with success?

i can ping it but wget fails with connection refused. The firewall has a permit any ip tcp or udp from those addresses.

nevermind it was a firewall issue, it was missing a condiut except statement or so I'm told.

I was going to suggest as a next step to see what was being blocked at the firewall. Your CAM essentially has to be able to talk to www.perfigo.com on port 80/443 for the updates to work.
