No active IPV4 address found for user on ASA 5506-X

I'm facing a problem that cisco ASA 5506-X doesn't get the user logged ip address,

do you mean, how can you see the IP address of the user that last logged into the GUI or CLI of the ASA?

no, i want to establish user based ACL,

when i try with packet tracer i get no ipv4 associated to user, i configured cisco AD agent on Active directory server and i can get a list of AD users from the ASA

but when i want to apply ACL by user i get no active ipv4 address for user domain\Administrator (for example)
