Passing clear text traffic through IPSEC VPN

Is it possible to pass clear text traffic for same source and destination if one IPSEC tunnel is already configured for same source and destination.

Yes. It depends on the interesting traffic configured. You can exclude traffic this traffic from crypto

I have one more query here.

We have 5000 GETVPN Tunnels in ASR1006 Router, now we would like configure Site to Site IPSEC for 150 Locations.  

Can we run both GETVPN Tunnels and S2S Tunnels on same router or not.

Yes technically you can as long as you separate them. You shouldn't have a
scenario where traffic overlaps between S2S and GetVPN
