Wondering if there is a way to allow internet traffic only during business hours (i.e. between 7am and 7pm) and if so what command should I be looking at to do so?

if u have or can have one proxy then its possible to have time restricted access in ur proxy for ur local lan..

Time-based ACL's is how you would accomplish this task. However, the PIX does not yet support these. Time-based ACL's is a feature that is coming in PIX 7.0. We are starting the beta release of 7.0 very soon so if interested, please talk to your local Cisco account team.
