PIX 515E vs ASA 5510

Why would I upgrade from my 350 user PIX 515E to the ASA 5510? It's been recommended to my company, but I'll need to sell it to my board...

I think main reason is PIX has reached End of Sale and End of support will follow.. You wont get any SMART contracts, software upgrades, TAC case opening etc..
