PIX 535 dropping rtp/voip in one direction

We determined that the PIX 535 version 6.3.4 is dropping rtp packets simulating a voip problem, or QoS. Is this a bug requiring an update, the drops are not hitting any rules

SR 611993489 - PIX RTP VOIP packets lost across firewall.

I would like to inform you that a Part: PIX-535, PIX-535-MEM-512=, PIX-535-PWR-AC= will be onsite on the 25-JUL-2009 05:00

The new firewall is in place and both primary and secondary are running on gigabit interfaces throughout.

Placed a test call for over 20 minutes with no dropped packets.

Firewall Hardware was Bad
