PIx version 5.2(3) on 515e

I have to run 5.2(3) on a Pix 515e to meet common criteria evaluation. However, the 515e throws up some tracebacks and reboots when 5.2(3) is loaded. No such issue when 6.x sw is loaded.

Can the 515e run 5.x code? if so, what am I doing wrong?

I think the 515e & 506e support starts from version 5.2(7)

Try upgrading to 5.2(7) and see if you still get tracebacks, if so, then contact TAC and they will research for you further. If not, then my guess is right, the support starts from 5.2(7) and above.
