Port Forwarding on ASA 5512 v 9.1

I need help setting up a port forwarding rule on a ASA v.9.1

This pains me to even ask as I have set these SIMPLE rules up over the years on all sorts of firewalls, netgears, belkins, drayteks, etc....

As I started studying for my CCNA I began to love cisco equipment but the ASA's are driving me mad. Even the ASDM tool is so confusing to use and I have been working in IT for over 6 years now!! :-S

Any help here would be nice.
