Problem FW asa 5512 for HA

Hello

 

we have two device ASA CISCO 5512 with HA  (  primary and secondary ).

 

so i have problem : 

FW1-Primary ( Active )

FW2-secondary ( Failed ) 

and it is we have an error message

one device is unknown state 

 

you will find two pictures about error mesage :

 

Please , i need from expert security reply me and help me about this problem

if this is working one Failed or new setup :

 

FW2-secondary ( Failed )

 

Either case, check is the device online, by console, check the cables between devics. try to reload secondary and check.

@Dhikra Marghli check the INSIDE interface on the secondary ASA.

 

This host: Secondary - Failed
 Active time: 0 (sec)
 slot 0: ASA5512 hw/sw rev (3.0/9.9(2)88) status (Up Sys)
 Interface diagnostic (0.0.0.0): Normal (Waiting)
 Interface INSIDE (0.0.0.0): No Link (Waiting)

 

Check and replace the cable, check the interface configuration on the switch is correct. Attempt to ping the interface IP address.

Can you please run "show failover" and "show failover history" and provide the output.

you will find an attachment  that contains outpout for two commands :  show failover" and "show failover history"
