Real time capture on interface shows no traffic

Hi.

I have a Cisco ASA, and an issue I'm trying to debug where the ASA may be the problem but I am unsure, so I attempted to capture packets on the various interfaces.

I am struggling and cannot pick up any traffic, but I am sure that traffic is hitting the firewall, so when the following returns no packets:

capture interface northbound real-time

It suggests that there is something wrong with my usage of the command, but from what I have read it seems like it should work.

Can someone please help? Thank you.

Re: Real time capture on interface shows no traffic

you need to use match statement. Also, real-time keyword is little glitchy.
Try to look at stored packets in the buffer using show capture command.
