Recommendation Rule Defense Center

I have problem with recommendation rules on defense center. When we try to activate recommendation rules, there is warning about license.

my questions is what licenses do we need to activate recommendation rules? and which devices (defense center or firepower) that need to be install those licenses?

Do all of your registered devices have at least the Protect/Control license assigned?

Hi Marvin,

i have open case to cisco, and the problem was our defense center license wasnt register to cisco. And i have reinstall new license and solved the problems.

Ah OK. You must be running the pre-6.0 version of software.

While you still need to purchase a license, the requirement to register the FirePOWER Management Center license was removed as of version 6.0.
