regular translation creation faild for protocol 50 src inside

I want established a VPN tunnel to the romtePix, but i always got the logging message 305006.

What's wrong

PIX Version 6.2

The authentication is ok....

esp and udp/500 is permitted on the outside and inside interface

Please need help...........

Preaty ease: ESP (protocol 50) cannot be nat'ed. And your pix says this. You have to enable on remote pix nat-t.
