Remimaging FTD from ASA 'Download failure - Package already exists for , but member components do not match'

I am having an issue reimaging FTD 1120 from ASA to FTD image.

>> checked md5

>> rerun imaging

>> 2nd firewall worked fine is this faulty??

The system is currently installed with security software package 9.13.1.2, which has:

   - The platform version:  2.7.1.107 

   - The CSP (asa) version: 9.13.1.2 

Preparing new image for install...

Download failure - Package already exists for

Prioir to this i saw:

(config)# boot system disk0:cisco-ftd-fp1k.6.6.1-91.spa

Image download complete (Successful unpack the image).

TAC tried a few options to reimage but failed so RMA'd it.

The other option when this error is encountered is to "Perform a complete reimage" of the device.

The process has been outlined at the below link.

I got this last night trying to reimage an FTD 1010 with ASA  to FTD.  Finally worked out even though it failed it had copied the image to FXOS. So once you get the message "Unsupported image filename format" above -the below steps sorted it without having to wipe everything and load the image from tftp:

connect fxos admin
scope firmware
show package (check the package is showing from the failed install)
scope auto-install

Install security-pack version <package-vers from show package>
