Having a problem changing passwords remotely when clients password expires. Users are connected remotely through vpn ( Using Cisco Pix Firewall). Problem occurs when remote user's password expires on the domain ( NT Domain), eventhough the change password screen is displayed when launching the outlook to connect to the exchange server. Password cannot be changed eventhough there is remote connectivity through vpn. Web based apps can still be used okay. It seems there is an issue with password change remotely. Do i need to have a command set on the pix to allow remote users to change password.

What version are you running?
I believe this was solved in 6.3.1
