Hello Cisco Team,
I am using a cisco pix 506e firewall.
I would like to reset the default settings of this firewall.
But I forgot the administrator password and the IP addresses of the different interfaces.
Thank you in advance.

Hi balaji.bandi,
In the password reset procedure you mentioned,
In step 9, the monitor>address “Cisco IP Address” command, I would like to know if “Cisco IP Address” represents the IP address of interface 0 (Ethernet 0) that already exists or is it the IP address that I need to define?
If “Cisco IP Address” represents the IP address of interface 0 (Ethernet 0) that already exists , I no longer know its IP address. My question is also how to find this address.
Thank you in advance for your response.
