Yes, from memory, all commands should work fine. Just make sure you keep a backup copy of your config etc, just in case thigns go wrong during upgrade.

Just a note;
You need a new activation key when you upgrade a PIX from a restricted software bundle to a bundle which supports additional features, such as more connections, failover, IPSec, or additional interfaces. Also, a new activation key is necessary after a flash upgrade on a PIX.
