I need to be able to tftp the config of our internet gateway router (outside 0) to a tftp server on the inside network 100. I also want to run Netflow (port 9090) data from the router to the same addr as the tftp server (my NMS).
My ASA 5510 has an outside interface of 192.168.1.254 255.255.255.248
The fa0/0 on the router has an address of 192.168.1.253
The tftp/NMS server has an addr of 10.1.1.2 255.255.255.0.
I want to be able to log into the router and tftp the start config to the tftp server as well as have the router send Netflow data to the NMS.
Is there good documentation on how to do this? This must be a fairly common task. I don't necessarily want a fix (but please let me know what you think), I'm looking for are best practice documents from Cisco but I can't find them.

I currently do this except but I use secure copy instead of tftp. The documentation on how to do this is in the configuration guide. There is no best practices from Cisco because they probably don't want to be liable for your security.
HTH and please rate.
