We keep having issues with this, anyway we can solve it? or is a hardware issue?

  - Could you verify the state of the module  ? You also did not mention the shutdown command used for the particular module =?
    I tend to think that the message is not that important because it logged with a severity level -6- which is informational (only)

but when try to configure it show error,

Thanks for confirming, will try to configure the router again because I'm having an issue with the configuration of the CCME, try to setup the UC, but keep having issue of this.

We want to setup the UC at the Cisco 2951 router, I imported the cme.gui image, but it is incorrect, any link I can refer to?
