Hi,

As per your license portal you are utilising 4 Threat & 4 Malware licenses and 1 vFMC.

So all your 4 FTD's are registered to this vFMC right...??

Try rebooting the vFMC and check or else Please open a ticket with cisco as your FTD's are in production.

Thanks,
Abheesh

Are you added any FTD in FMC..?
As per you license page there is no base license utilised.

Yes, earlier it was there

Is it in production or staging..? Try re-register with FMC, while re-register you need to configure again the interface, routing configuration and bind ACP to FTD

It is in production, RE registered could create outages

issue get resolved after restarting FMC console and de-registering FTD from FMC and re-registering it again with new token from Cisco Smart portal
