Static IP with VPN Clients

I am in the process of configuring a 871 router using the Easy VPN. We will be deploying laptops and want to statically assign IP's to each laptop based on the MAC address of the Verizon Aircards they will be using. So basically we want the IP attached to the Aircard device.

The clients will be using Cisco VPN client, however I could use the windows IPSEC as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is possible only if the VPN server is a VPN Concentrator and user is doing local authentication, you can assign static ip addresses to each one of the users defined for authentication.
