As for Syslog we have used Kiwi in the past and it works quite well.
Recently we purchased a product from a company called Advent Net. It is their Device Expert product. You can automate and schedule backups from all of your network devices. It works great! We have been very pleased with it so I would highly recommend it, and the pricing is quite reasonable.

Thanks for this valuable information. I am handling around 10 ASA and all are connected with secure tunnel and I basically change the configuration if customer requirs. Now can you tell me all tasks which must be inmplemented by Network Admin so that I could be familiar with proper way for disaster recovery. Thanks

We use Solarwinds products for syslog collection as well as snmp monitoring. We use Kiwi CatTools for backing up configurations and it's a great little product, particularly if you're on a tight budget. I'd recommend going to the vendor's websites. If they think it will help sell their product, I'm sure they'll be more than happy to help you plan out an installation as well as address Disaster Recovery issues! :)
