test connection from PIX internal to DMZ/internet

I have made some changes on PIX and now would like to test the connection on pingd, h323, tcp-14085-15084,udp-16386-17286, udp-1719 ports.

Could you please tell me how to test it on PIX on the above mentioned services?

All users on the internal network are allowed unrestricted access to the Internet. Internal users are allowed to ping devices on the Internet, but users on the Internet are not allowed to ping devices on the inside.
