I have an ASA in Mexico City. My measured bandwidth from a server at the site varies between 1-2 megabytes throughput. Watching my ASA I don't see very much traffic or utlization through the Outside interface. My internet service provider claims we have a 10 x 10 circuit that they have throughly tested. I still only get 1-2 megabytes of throughput. Are there any configurations on the ASA that might throttle bandwidth? Also how do you test a circuit to make sure you are getting the bandwidth you pay for?
That should put you back to what your ISP indicates you have.
