Unable to download image into Firepower 2110

Hello,

I'm trying to upgrade/re-install the IOS for Firepower 2110. I have downloaded the asa image (cisco-ftd-fp2k.6.4.0-102.SPA) when I try to upload it to the FTD, I will get a failed message when I check the show download-task details.

 Model : Cisco Firepower 2110 Threat Defense (77) Version 6.3.0 (Build 83)

This error happens if I try tftp, scp, ftp, and sftp

I have opened a case with TAC about this. I currently see there is a bug CSCvn9946, but it affects the firepower 9300 series, nothing about the 2110. but the error message is the same. any suggestions would be helpful. thanks
