Unable to install new certificate.

I am unable to install the new certificate even though the old certificate have been deleted.

The deleted certificate is still in use even though I can not see it.

It is the certificate to be redirected when you are using guest wifi.

You may need to open a TAC case to remove the unused old certificate. They can have references in the database even though none appear in the GUI. I had a similar issue recently. The TAC can install a root patch and go into the underlying database directly and remove the certificate.
