Unable to Launch ASDM While Launching getting error. Assistance required.

Device Manager image set, but unable to find disk0:/asdm-733.bin

You are setting the image for ASDM but it is not in flash. 

You need to upload the ASDM image via TFTP and then issue that command.

I am still facing issue while launching asdm through IE 10 and my OS is Win 8 64 bit.

 

What should be possible mistakes i am doing. Please find my below running config and assist me.
