We are using CSM3.0 with Service Pack 2.0 software for security appliance and using its features about download the IPS signature update. It's not working now.
We have done following as a troubleshooting measure:
1. We have stop and restart the service.
2. We suspected it's due to bug and did the workaround as per following:

To make matter worse, now we are not even able to login.
3. Then we have revoked all changes and restart the server but getting login error " you don't have permission to access /cwhp/LiasionServlet on this server"
4. We have tried default password combination but no result.
5. We also follow procedure "https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-3466"
Still, there is no luck. Please suggest.
