Hello. I'm trying to update a firewall running FTD, managed via FDM, from version 7.0.1-84 to version 7.4.2-172. I uploaded "Cisco_FTD_SSP_FP1K_Upgrade-7.4.2-172.sh.REL.tar" on the System Upgrade section on the Updates page of FDM. When I click Upgrade Now it goes to an update page and sits there for probably about 30 or 45 minutes. I've tried this a few times, one time it showed a progress bar after a while, usually though it just has a message saying system update in progress. Once it finishes I'm able to log back into the firewall but in System Upgrade current version still shows 7.0.1-84. I ran the Update Readiness Check and in the task list it says "Upgrade Readiness Check Completed Successfully". I checked the task list and I don't see the upgrade in there anywhere, although I don't know if system updates are supposed to show up in the task list.
Is there maybe an interim version I should upgrade to before I go to version 7.4.2-172?
