URL Category shows as Number

Hello, 

 

I have ASA with firepower services. 

After an upgrade on FMC some URLs are blocked.

In "Events" panel I see the URL Category as a number instead of the name of the correct category.

They are some cloud apps, I do not know if it is relevant.

 

Does anyone has this problem?

What we could see to solve?

Hello, 

 

We upgraded the sensors from 6.2.3.10 to 6.4 in order to be the same major version as FMC. 

The problem persists, but now it is different. 

The rules are somehow ignored and all the traffic passes from the default rule, which is block.

 

The policy is applied to the SFR correctly, but in the "Events" only the default Action rule is shown as matching. 

 

Any ideas?
