Hi there people.

I have an ASA 5510 firewall with a secure license plus.

It worked like a charm untill i updated to the recent update.

And now when i try to connect the to vpn the client says User not authorized for Anyconnect Client access, contact your administrator

I've been touching a lot of settings the last two days and scanning forums i cant seem to get it working at all.

Does anyone have any idea what my problem is?

Hi Brian,

It seems the ASA may have got failed over to the secondary device.

Could you check that you have the Anyconnect image uploaded on the flash of the other ASA ?

show flash would show you the same.

Regards,

Aditya
