vFMC system/health/monitor problem with data fetching.

Hello,

I'm trying to resolve a problem with our FMC - when opening system/health/monitor, I can't see graphs of any FTD. The error isn't really helpful since it doesn't contain any specific error code. I tried searching for errors in System / Monitoring / Syslog and generated a troubleshooting file, but found nothing. Should I search in CLI

A couple of questions:

  1. What is the FMC software version?
  2. What is virtualization platform? If public cloud - Name of cloud provider and the compute instance type. If private cloud - Hypervisor Type and version?

FMC version is 7.7.10.1. and platform VMware 7.0.3
