VMS backup problem (no registered clients)

I have VMS 2.2 Update 1 (CWCS, IDS MC and SecMon) with last patches.

When I try to make an immediate backup through "Administration > Common Services > Backup Database" receive the message "No registered clients for the backup. Hence backup is not done". Scheduled backup is also not generating any data. Both backup methods were working before and I have enough free space on disk.

I remember seeing one post some time ago about this issue but I think there were no answers. Does anyone know how to solve it?

I've seen this occur when the database gets too large. Try compacting the database first then run a backup and see how it goes.
