VPN from 501 to ASA & unable to map drive to DMZ

We have a vpn connection from a remote site to our main site/network. At the remote site, they get all their network drives that are on internal servers, but can not map a drive to a server in our DMZ. I've worked with Cisco tech support on this but we have not resolved the problem. We have a no nat rule for the pool of IP addresses that are used with vpn access. There is a route on our inside router that directs IP's from that pool back to the inside interface of our main sites firewall. We are missing something. Anyone have any ides?

ping the end to end VPN point and trace the problem. Check the server has the permission to allow the client to map the drive. The user rights policy may block the mapping.
