VPN3.6 and PIX 501 lost connections

We have several VPN 3.6 installed at clients with Windows XP (behind a DLink 804V), and they connect to a Cisco firewall PIX 501.

After a short time (10-30 minutes) the connection terminates without any errormessages. (It can't be inactivity).

Where can I start to solve this problem?

Hello,

Try last vpn client 4.0.3F released on march.

It solved unexplained disconnections on 4.0.3C.

I suppose DPD keepalives were uncorrectly managed and timeout occured after 12' with or without activity, with a Pix vpngroup idle-timeout 86400.
