is only Adaptive Security Router Appliance series have TLS proxy command setting?

    any more difference between x series and non-x series?

1. Please see the product data sheet for descriptions of what's included in the various bundles. The ones you mention are 10 user bundle, Unlimited user bundle and unlimited user with security plus license bundle.

2. MACsec is link layer encryption to protect data confidentiality. There are many reasons why one might want that. There are lots of differences between X and non-X series ASAs. the primary one is that the X-series have multicore CPUs and the software images are designed to take advantage of that. That includes optional software modules like FirePOWER service module that provide full next generation IPS capability. All of the non-X except the 5506 have been end of sales for some time. With the recent introduction of the 5506, the 5505 may soon be EoS as well. Any Ethernet switch can be used with a 5506. Your question on TLS proxy was asked and answered in another thread.
