Where is authentication in ISE 2.7

Hi there are two screenshots of ISE below. The top one is version 2.7 and bottom is 2.1. 

Where is authentication in version 2.7? Thank you

The authentication and authorisation policies are now configured under the Policy Sets. You can either modify the default or create a new Policy Sets.
