The licensing portal is changing to improve speed and performance, for our customers.

Hi,
I have to be honest about this and mention that the new portal is pretty poor. From trying to navigate it to actually trying to use it.
I want to look up a serial number as the license portal also held basic Service Contract information (ie the expiry date and the SC number). I've tried three serial numbers this morning and all of them give me no information, just an error saying 'Page temporarily not available, reload the page the if not successful, call GLO'.
The PDF linked to in a previous comment is for when the portal changed last time round before this time.
