Hi everybody,
I have a question where all controllers are hosted by Cisco for Viptela SD WAN .
In such case, does customer have access to its vManage, Vsmart, Vbond so he or she can configure desired
policies, VPN topologies for the network? Or Cisco takes care of it for its customer?
Thanks and have a good weekend!!

Whenever the controllers are hosted by Cisco either in AWS or Azure, the customers have fully access to them via Management VPN (VPN512). The only thing they will not have control is to the VPC/vNet becuase Cisco CloudOps are responsible to support and mantain those virtual machines, their enviroments, backups and SLAs.
