Cisco Jabber Voice call QOS issue

We have an issue reported by end user , Issue when using Cisco Jabber , The quality of the Voice is very bad but in one way . 

Delay and loss of packets only in one way (statistics saw in the Cisco jabber client during a call) : delay 600ms packet loss 5%

 

Way Cisco Jabber Client  > to Servers TRP : quality perfect.

Way Servers TRP > to  Cisco Jabber : bad quality audio.

 

Please check the below configuration and let me know if we can identify any issue here ? 

what are the usefull command to check the status and statistics of QOS .

 

Below configuration is of TRP server connected switch :
