Issues WS-C2960X-48FPD-L | some ports are not working

We are having issues with  a WS-C2960X-48FPD-L running IOS 15.2(2)E7. Some ports  are simply not working. We had POE issues on some of the ports and decided to upgrade to hopefully resolve those issues but this has now become an even bigger issue. There is no warranty on the switch. Any suggestions what to do?

The switch is dead.  
Organize TAC to get a replacement.

Will they replace it without warranty and a support contract for the switch?

If the appliance was purchased through an authorized Cisco reseller, the 2960X comes with Enhanced Limited Limited Hardware Warranty the Cisco Entitlements Team don't want to admit it exist.  

Read the information properly and know what you are entitled to.  
If you have a purchase order or a delivery receipt, be prepared to send it to the Entitlements Team as proof.

Hi,

Cisco 2960X comes with lifetime hardware warranty replacement. you can open a TAC case and get the replacement or you can approach your partner who has supplied this switch.
