Make sure there are no un-managed switch or hubs connected to those ports.

Thanks for the update.

Am sure no unmanaged switch connected.

its says mac address 0000.0000.0000

This flapping phenomenon may be the result of a Layer loop somewhere in your network, especially when STP is disabled for some reasons.

or May some Dodgy device failed.

check do you see any ARP table has that MAC Address and shutdown that port and clear the ARP and check is this resolves the issue.

can you post

show modules and show version

What is the configuration of these ports?  Are they trunk ports or access ports?

Hi All,

Please find the show module & version & switch port details.
