We have a 3850x Stack that has several VLANs associated to the ports.

512 Credit-Union-BGH active Gi1/0/28, Gi2/0/21, Gi3/0/28, Gi4/0/26
We configured port g7/0/44 for VLAN 41:

spanning-tree portfast
spanning-tree bpduguard enable

and we are unable to get the PC running on the VLAN41. The port is up/up

Other Stacks connected to core have no issues with VLAN41. Today we tried VLAN42 and that has the same problem... but 108 and 512 have no issues. What other commands or methods could I use to help troubleshoot the problem.
