Workaround/ Solution --

There is a known bug to IOS 12.2(33)SXI2

These memory errors indicate that supervisor is running low on memory. In this case a memory leak bug in the IOS running on this switch is

leaking memory, here is  the bug id:

CSCtb27643

cat6000 Medium buffers leak on SP leading to crash

Externally found catastrophic (Sev1) bug: R-Resolved

This bug is fixed in 12.2(33)SXI2a and higher IOS versions.

In order to confirm that, you will need the output of "show buffers"  from the SP. To get this output from the SP, issue the command "remote login switch" which will take you to

the SP console and then issue the command "show buffers" at the SP console to get the output. Alternately, you may also use the command "remote command switch show

buffers"  from the MSFC console itself to get the required output.
