This EEM timer policy runs every 60 seconds, and checks the DHCP  serber database on the device for changes. If a change is found (either a  lease as been given out or reclaimed) that change is sent as a syslog  message. The dhcp_file_pattern environment variable must point to a  fully-qualified flash file name in which the DHCP lease data will be  stored across invocations of the policy (e.g. flash:dhcp_data).
