Router cannot see the NME Module

show diag shows that module is inserted into the router, but show ip int  brief and show interface doesn't show the integrated-service-engine interface

The gateway should be running 12.4.22T train image (example:  c3845-adventerprisek9_ivs_li-mz.124-22.T.bin)
