Runts and FCS on Catalyst 4912G port connected to 2960S

Dear All:

We found if we connect 4912G to 2960S,it will show many receive runts and FCS errors on the port of 4912G.

We upgrade 2900S switch  to the newest IOS 12.2(58)SE2,but the runts and FCS errors are stiill found.

The errors affect the traffic transfered from 2960S to 4912G.
