The session includes tips and best practices on how to react when an issue appears, what information should be collected, and what actions should be taken to recover from such scenarios.

adledesm.jpgAdan Acosta is a Technical Consulting Engineer on the Enterprise Routing & Switching team at the Customer Experience (CX) Center. He has worked in different areas related to network design for seven years, such as pre-sales, post sales, and technical support on Wireless, Routing & Switching, and Security technologies. Adan holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication from the ESIME Zacatenco in Mexico. He holds a CCNA in R&S and Security.

acespede.jpgAaron Cespedes is a Technical Consulting Engineer on the Enterprise Routing & Switching team at the Customer Experience (CX) Center. He has worked with different Cisco technologies for six years, including backbone, and specializes in Switching technologies. Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from the Universidad Politecnica of Costa Rica. He holds a CCNP and a CCNP in R&S certifications. He is currently pursuing a CCIE in R&S.
